The second and equally delicious appetizer to our ultimate holiday meal is Smoky Salmon Dip. Serve up this salty and smoky dip in a large bowl or platter. If you have 8-10 people attending your holiday soirée, this recipe paired with last week’s Celebration Stuffed Mushrooms should offer plenty of enjoyment to your guests before the main course. If you are having more than 10 guests, I suggest doubling the recipe.
This dip is gluten-free and those who eat gluten-free can savor this dip with rice crackers or my personal favorite Blue Diamond Almond Nut-Thins. It’s also amazing paired with thin and crispy baguette slices as pictured above.
