I found a great recipe in the the March issue of Southern Living, and just recently I had the chance to try it. It was delicious, and I knew it was worth sharing. I made a few adjustments to the recipe to make it gluten free and it was a hit. I hope you love it just as much as my family and I did.
One great thing about this meal is that it is versatile! You can make the same chicken recipe and serve it over noodles, rice or even grits. I chose to make it with gluten free egg noodles, which I just recently was able to find, and it did not disappoint. This is a quick and easy summer time meal that I encourage you to try.
